Friendship
Factory ..is
a Children’s Ministry that provides spiritual, social and service
opportunities for all children of St. Francis Parish who are in grades
K-5th. We will have service projects as well as fun outings throughout
the year. Our goal is to build new and lasting friendships while helping
those in need in our community. Please check the church bulletin as well
as the Friendship Factory bulletin board in the Parish Hall for
information about our upcoming service projects and events. An adult
will need to accompany the children to the meetings.
Children’s Advisory Committee
..is a group of adults who are the voice
for the children of St. Francis. They meet quarterly with the Director
of Children’s Ministry to evaluate and plan faith-based, age-appropriate
activities for our children so that they may experience community within
our church family and develop and foster relationships.
Parents,
We Need You!
Friendship Factory can be a wonderful experience with your children.
This is an opportunity to respond to your baptismal call and support the
Children’s Ministry by volunteering your time and talents. Parents are
needed to help plan and assist fellowship activities, and serve on the
Advisory Committee. All adult volunteers need to attend a Keeping Youth,
Children, and Vulnerable Adults Safe session before they can serve in
any capacity with our children.
