Plans for our 22nd Annual Community Fest
are underway.
Each Fall, Community Fest - a day of food, fun, entertainment and
fellowship strives to bring together not only our Parish family, but
other families from Grapevine and Surrounding Communities.
Our Festival this year is Friday and Saturday, October 5 and 6.
Your Time and Talents are needed to make Comm-UNITY Fest-For-ALL 2007 a
Success!
Coordinators are needed for:
•Youth Games – organizes activities for those 11 and over
•Solicitations – coordinates the solicitation of local businesses
for donations used as Live auction items, silent auction items or game
prizes
•Live Auction – coordinates Live Auction held during Fest
•Raffle –coordinates the printing and distributing of the raffle
tickets to the parishioners
•Ticket Sales – coordinates ticket sales for Fest activities
after masses preceding the Fest and during Fest
The success of the Fest depends largely on volunteers from our parish
community. If you are interested in assisting in the planning any of the
