Come enjoy fun for the whole family with great food and fellowship! FREE Contestant registration is open until Feb 8th. The registration form can be picked up at the parish office or downloaded below:
REGISTRATION FORM FOR CHILI CONTESTANT
Bring you registration for to the parish Office or send it by email to Emma Osterman, [email protected]. After registration, you will receive further communication with set-up details. Space is limited, so please register early! Registration Deadline: Saturday, Feb 8.
If you're interested in volunteering to help make this event a success, please see the sign-up below. All volunteers must have completed their Safe Environment training in the Diocese of Fort Worth.

CONTEST rules
- FREE team registration includes entrance and chili tasting for up to 4 team members.
- No more than 4 team members are permitted due to the size of the booths.
- Teams must cook their chili at home and bring it in a crock-pot or chafing pan to the event!
- Chili can be made of beef, pork, chicken, venison, vegetarian, with or without beans, etc. - contestant’s choice!
- Signs will be provided to teams to note the type of meat/veggie and spice level.
- Winners will be selected by way of tickets collected at each team’s table, except for the Judge’s Choice which will be selected by a panel of judges.
- Prizes include 1st, 2nd & 3rd of best chili, as well as a Judge’s Choice prize!
- Please turn in completed registration form to the front office. Registration deadline: Saturday, February 8, 2025. Limited spaces available.
